Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Electrical Foreman with strong industrial experience to lead and manage electrical crews on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in panel setup, terminations, and electrical layout, and will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Pay Range
$30-$36 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on industrial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Set up electrical panels and perform terminations according to specifications
- Plan and lay out electrical systems and conduit runs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and team members
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and crew hours
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
- Proven experience with panel setup, terminations, and layout
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
