The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installation Apprenticeor general extra help who is eager to learn and grow in the trade. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with one year of experience or a recent trade school graduate looking to build a strong foundation in HVAC.

This role will primarily support HVAC installations but will also involve running parts, picking up equipment, assisting in the warehouse, and occasionally riding along with service technicians to perform cleanings and basic maintenance. If you’re looking for a hands-on career opportunity with the potential to grow into an Installation Technician, this is the perfect position for you!

What You’ll DoInstallation Assistance:

• Work closely with lead installers to assist with HVAC system installations while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Help stage jobs and follow quality checklists to ensure proper installation.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and stocked inventory in trucks.
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to develop technical skills.

Parts & Warehouse Support:

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to job sites to keep projects running smoothly.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and securing materials for transport.
• Organize and clean the warehouse and trucks to ensure efficiency.
• Help receive, restock, and count inventory as needed.

Service Technician Ride-Along & Maintenance:

• Ride along with service technicians to assist with system cleanings and routine maintenance.
• Learn diagnostic and repair techniques to build service knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by being professional and courteous on job sites.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience OR a recent trade school graduate looking to build a career in HVAC.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
