Are you an organized, energetic individual ready to keep our warehouse running smoothly? We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to be the right-hand person to our Warehouse Manager and support daily operations with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Warehouse Manager
  :
  Act as the primary assistant, ensuring seamless warehouse operations.
• Purchase Order Management
  :
  Input and track purchase orders accurately.
• Inventory Processing
  :
  Unbox, tag, and build inbound inventory with attention to detail.
• Vendor Communication
  :
  File claims with vendors for damaged inventory and follow up as needed.
• Warehouse Organization
  :
  Assist in rearranging furniture and maintaining an orderly workspace.
• Order Fulfillment
  :
  Help manage website orders, fulfill customer shipments, and track shipping updates.
• Time Management
  :
  Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  Ability to work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members.
• Physical Stamina

  Comfortable with lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail

  Ensure accuracy in inventory processing and order fulfillment.
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
