Warehouse Receiving Material Handler

Company: Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc.

Location: Braselton, GA, USA.

Salary: Starts at $18.75 per hour, more with experience.

Schedule: Sunday‑Thursday, 8:00 PM – until all work is completed.

• Properly handle and unload merchandise from containers and trailers.
• Place merchandise on carts for transport to racks.
• Maintain proper handling of materials and merchandise to minimize potential for damage and injury.
• Adhere to company policies, including safety and use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and clear work environment free from trip hazards.

• Heavy lifting required; ability to lift up to 150 lb.
• Must work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM until all tasks are completed.
• Pass criminal background check, lifting assessment, and drug test.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Complete and understand all company-sponsored safety programs.
• Must successfully complete a physical assessment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move furniture up to 150 lb while unloading trucks and flatbeds, and use proper material handling techniques.
