Shift: **
* * Monday - Friday 6:30a-5:00p ($17 per hour)
**** 2nd

Shift: **
* * Monday - Friday 5:30p-4:00am ($17 per hour + $1 shift differential)
**** 3rd

Shift: **
* * Friday - Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm ($17 per hour + $1 shift differential)
**** 4th

Shift: **
* * Friday - Sunday 6:30p-4:30a ($17 + $2.50 shift differential)*## Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important for the Job)
* General Distribution Center work (picking, packing, material handling, induction, etc.)
* Must be able to maintain minimum performance standards while performing required job functions.
* Must have the ability to perform the job with the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
* Must have the flexibility, if instructed, to work in any General Warehouse function (anywhere in the building, any channel, at any time during the shift).
* The ability to use Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, voice picking technology, pick to light and other warehouse management systems.
* The ability to use basic computer functions as needed.
* The ability to be certified on lift equipment should this be required.
* Must have the ability to work safely and abide by all of Carter’s Safety rules and procedures.## ## secondary functions (IF APPLICABLE - ANY DUTIES NOT CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL)
* Other tasks as assigned.
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-MINIMUM COMPENTENCIES REQUIRED FOR JOB
*** Basic working knowledge of computers, RF Scanners and Warehouse Management systems.
* Proven team member with skills to multi-task.
* Proficient reading skills.
* Must have the ability to abide by all of Carter’s policies and procedures, specifically the attendance policy.
** PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
*** High school diploma or a GED preferred, not required.
* Six months automated distribution center experience preferred.
** PHYSICAL and Work DEMANDS
*** Must be able to repetitively lift cases weighing up to fifty pounds.
* Must be able to stand and work for long periods including daily overtime, holidays and overtime as required.  Must be able to work consecutive days during peak season.
* Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
* Holiday schedule to be decided by Management.
* Comply with blackout periods as determined by Management.
