Warehouse Associate

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bloomingdale, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for using shipping software and RF scanners to accurately label and process packages for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, works well in a warehouse environment, follows procedures carefully, and is committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $21/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday-Friday
• Located in Bloomingdale, Georgia

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use software and RF scanners to label and process outbound packages
• Verify package information, labels, and shipping details for accuracy
• Package, sort, stage, and palletize outbound shipments as needed
• Safely handle packages and maintain an organized work area
• Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient workflow
• Follow established safety, quality, and shipping procedures
• Identify and report labeling, packaging, or shipment discrepancies
• Perform other warehouse and shipping-related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse personnel and other team members
• Comfortable learning and using computer-based shipping software and RF scanning equipment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, move, and palletize packages as required
• Previous warehouse, shipping, labeling, & software experience is a plus
