A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator

Madison, GA 30650 – 100% on-site Payrate: $20.00/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

The Stand-Up Forklift Operator supports daily warehouse operations by operating a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility. This role also includes pallet restacking, shrink-wrapping, and light inventory support while following established SOPs and quality guidelines. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move and stage materials within the warehouse
• Restack pallets and secure loads using shrink wrap equipment
• Assist with light inventory tasks and maintain basic records as needed
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Support general warehouse material handling using appropriate equipment and tools

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1 year stand-up forklift experience (required; no exceptions)
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read/write in English, perform basic math, and use general computer systems
• Attendance:
  Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
