Material Handler

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler (Warehouse). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

• Payrate: $17.00/hr
• Required Availability:
  Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

The Material Handler supports warehouse operations by moving, staging, and organizing materials while following established SOPs and quality guidelines. This position includes pallet restacking, shrink-wrapping, and light inventory support in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

• Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate material handling equipment
• Restack pallets and secure shipments using a shrink wrap machine
• Perform light inventory support and basic record-keeping as needed
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Support general warehouse tasks including lifting, loading/unloading, and organization of product

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (required)
• Skills:
  
  Ability to read/write in English, perform basic math, and work in a metrics-driven environment
• Attendance:
  Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Additional: 1+ year warehouse or related experience/training required
