Position Summary
:
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, starting at 2:00 am – 2:00 pm, or until all deliveries are completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. There will be some overnights to cover vacations. Normal routes will run to Casper, Gillette, and Chadron on a rotating schedule.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive a box truck or semi during one of our many routes while making 10-20 deliveries per day.
  • Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
  • When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to assist in the loading/unloading of trucks when needed.
  • Drive to customer locations to deliver orders safely and punctually in all weather conditions.
  • Expect to work approximately 8-12 hours per day.
  • Operate a handheld device provided and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Perform any other job-related tasks as directed by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, as well as with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and may need to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.

Handling of commercial tires may involve rolling, de-stacking, team lifting, or use of mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL); all equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. All team members must comply with safety and manufacturer guidelines for protective equipment use.

The work environment may expose team members to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants.

Qualifications
  • Must be 23 years or older.
  • Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) B and a good driving record in compliance with our driver policy.
  • Have 2 years of commercial motor vehicle driving experience (Class A or

    B) and satisfactorily complete the company road test.
  • Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts, as required.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds while working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during the hiring process.
