Role Description

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Singleton & Co. Consulting as we launch operations. This is more than just a title — it’s a chance to be a co-architect of a growing business. The COO will manage day-to-day operations, help develop client acquisition strategies, design internal processes, and ensure the company is structured for growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can wear multiple hats, and is excited by the challenge of building a company from the ground up.

Important Note

This is a ground-floor position, and compensation will be performance- and client-dependent initially. Candidates should have an existing income source or flexible financial situation. Once clients are onboarded, pay and equity arrangements will be discussed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, project management, and workflow design.
  • Collaborate with the founder to define the company’s strategic direction and growth plan.
  • Develop operational systems, processes, and best practices from scratch.
  • Assist with client acquisition, proposals, and project execution.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships as needed.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, project management, or business development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
