Learn the fundamentals of early childhood education in a nurturing environment. On your first day you will build relationships with children, families, and center staff while supporting our mission to provide high‑quality, affordable care.

• Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum in a way that is consistent with each child’s unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds; work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Range of pay $18.40 – $18.40 per hour. In the state of Minnesota we provide an additional $3.00 per hour premium on all classroom hours worked.
