Responsibilities- Oversee the resource management of in‑house and subcontracted field crews.
- Assist the project manager with schedule planning, coordination of tasks, and monitoring timelines of scheduled assignments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system.
- Review progressed schedules against deadlines.
- Participate in meetings with senior operations management, peers, and/or customers.
- Participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change order preparation.
- Identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, review forecasts and achievement dates.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

- Knacks for figuring out hard problems and enjoyment of a hands‑on approach.
- Looking for long‑term projects.
- 3–5 years managing telecom construction projects.
- Knowledge of telecom construction industry (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc.).
- Enjoy problem‑solving and troubleshoot challenges as they arise in the field.
- Previous site management experience, maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and ability to learn custom software.
- Compensation $50,000‑60,000 depending on experience.
