Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Caregivers or CMTs with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
• Caregivers with no attendance issues
• Caregiver MUST HAVE a car and CAN DRIVE
• Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in clients' lives
• Ability to perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Read and follow the client’s care plan and assessments, providing consistent quality care
• Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures
• Clock in and out of every shift on the appropriate systems
• Observe clients for changes in behavior or health and notify appropriate personnel when necessary
