Qualifications- Manual Execution Testing
- Potential TEMP to HIRE opportunity based on performance and work schedule
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Ability to create end-to-end test scenarios, including functional, regression, and performance (stress/load) testing plans
- Advanced knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, automation, and terminology
- Proficiency with SQL Server and writing SQL queries; ETL experience is a plus
- Ability to assess project requirements, set performance goals, and determine project scope
- Experience reporting test results to various functional groups; proficient in Excel
- Track record of delivering high-quality products on time
- Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, demonstrating technical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; capable of resolving issues collaboratively; customer-facing experience for solution acceptance
- Ability to prioritize, solve complex tasks, and escalate risks proactively
- Good organizational skills and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with company software and Microsoft applications; willingness to learn new systems
- Proven leadership in Quality Assurance teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively across groups
- Self-starter and team player
- Experience with developing or enhancing automation tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet company objectives
- College degree in computer science or a related field required
