Facilities Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

A higher education institution in Germantown, MD, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead staff in maintaining and servicing HVAC and other mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will supervise operational tests, oversee preventative maintenance, and enforce safety regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, relevant trade licenses, and extensive experience in facilities maintenance, ideally 7 years with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
