We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Kit Assembler in Germantown, MD, USA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling microbiome collection boxes, placing the correct components into each box, and ensuring that all packaging meets quality and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes according to specifications.
• Accurately place required components (tubes, pipettes, gloves, swabs, and other materials) into each box.
• Verify that all items are included and properly arranged.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Meet daily production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
