Position OverviewThe Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing marketing operations, including events, website, digital marketing, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Event management, including conference 1x1 meeting coordination via partnership platforms
- Creatives support, including brochure and flyer layout
- Marketing operations such as Word Press webpage creation and webinar platform management
- Linked In posting and social media management
- Zoho CRM maintenance and continued optimization
- Digital marketing, including Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and campaign management
- Cell and gene therapy experience highly preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Linked In management.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and SEO optimization.
- A background in biology and experience with Word Press are considered a plus.
- Experience with collateral creation and layout
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year for conferences and industry events.
