Aboutthe Role
We are looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to report to our Germantown location and service our water treatment equipment at customer sites within the surrounding area. The technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Specific training will be provided. Candidates with a valid driving license and previous technical, mechanical, or plumbing experience are especially encouraged to apply.
Day‑to‑DayResponsibilities
The Senior Field Service Technician will:
- Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to industrial equipment.
- Use a company service vehicle to travel to customer locations.
- Maintain accurate and timely service records.
- Provide excellent customer service in a high‑customer‑facing environment.
General day‑shift hours with overtime opportunities. The position requires an on‑call rotation with occasional afternoons and weekends. Travel requirements: 50% or more of the time traveling to and from customer sites.
CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position starts at $30 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. Additional details on compensation and benefits are provided below.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of technical experience preferred (industrial or commercial process water experience a plus)
- Service and repair knowledge of mechanical equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing related industrial equipment
- Experience with electrical components and plumbing (a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
- Strong customer‑facing skills
- Ability to identify and remediate potential safety concerns
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
50% or more daily travel to customer sites.
