Qualifications and Expectations- Transplant fellow, past or present
- Board-certified in the United States
- Supervise advanced practice providers
- Train medical students, residents, and fellows
- Participate in clinical and translational research
- Ensure excellent patient outcomes and program growth
- Maintain compliance with UNOS and OPTN regulations
- Commencement/sign-on bonus
- Productivity and quality bonuses
- $6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
