This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Germantown, TN. The counselor will engage clients in therapeutic sessions, assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide support through various evidence‑based counseling methods. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with other mental‑health professionals, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. The counselor will also contribute to creating a supportive environment for clients to achieve personal growth and improved well‑being.

• Strong skills in individual, group, and family counseling
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a diverse range of mental health challenges
• Knowledge and experience in applying evidence‑based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle case documentation and manage a caseload effectively
• Active license as a mental health counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Tennessee
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working in a clinical setting is a plus
