Responsibilities
  • Graduate from our Agent Launch:
    We have a super detailed 86 day launch training that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 9.3.
  • Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home.
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert
  • Conduct three open houses monthly
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
  • REAL ESTATE License
  • Drama Free
  • Be willing to be on the phone
  • Comfortable with rejection
  • People oriented
  • Driven
  • Will show up to the office 3 days or more each week
  • Positive, happy attitude
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Learning based & coachable
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate
  • Team player
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed)
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
