• Review menus and Daily Food Production Records for instructions.
• Prepare nutritious, appealing meals according to company menus.
• Properly cover, date, label, and store food in a timely manner.
• Clean kitchen areas after meals, including preparation and service areas, pots, pans, surfaces, walls, and floors.
• Participate in onboarding, training, in-services, and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Culinary Services Director or Sous Chef.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Two years of experience in institutional or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Maintain food handler permits and other certifications as required by regulations.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation, and storage techniques.
• Meet health requirements of the state or province.
