Are you an experienced vehicle technician seeking the next step in your career? Our client, a reputable main vehicle dealership located in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, is currently recruiting for a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent Diagnostic Vehicle Technician opportunity for qualified technicians to work within a well-established environment that offers ongoing manufacturer training, career development, and competitive rewards.

Up to £43,500 basic salary (negotiable based on experience)
Performance-based bonus
45-hour week, Monday to Friday
No current Saturday work, with potential morning shifts in the future

Duties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

Conducting service checks and repairs
Performing diagnostics using advanced diagnostic equipment
Carrying out MOT tests, provided you hold a current MOT license
Undertaking vehicle road tests
Providing technical advice and support to colleagues
Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer procedures
Carrying out other workshop duties as required

Requirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent (City & Guilds)
Diagnostic Vehicle Technician capability
Confident in performing a wide range of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
Full UK driving licence
Own tools
MOT license is advantageous but not essential
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and excellent work ethic
