• Is a qualified teacher (QTS essential)
• Has a creative and engaging approach to learning
• Builds strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families
• Has a good understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and how to support children in the transition from the EYFS
• Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture

• Have a passion for early learning and a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum
• Be a reflective practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive teaching and learning
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, friendly team
