Salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission + training & development - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing construction recruitment team in Gerrards Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, with full training provided and clear progression to Consultant and Senior Consultant level.

You will learn how to source, attract, and place skilled construction professionals across a range of trades and professional roles, while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Learn and develop core recruitment skills through structured training and mentoring
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Write and post job adverts
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Support senior consultants with live vacancies
• Develop knowledge of the construction industry and market trends
• Contact clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
• Work towards individual and team targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• GCSEs or equivalent required; further education desirable but not essential
