Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer Essex & London (Mobile Role) Up to £48,000  Overtime On-Call Rota: 1 in 5 Atlas Workplace Services is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing mobile engineering team covering sites across Essex and London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a supportive and expanding business where high performance is recognised and rewarded.

You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and contractual service level agreements (SLAs). Provide customers with timely updates and deliver a high standard of customer service. Offer technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues where required.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards and Atlas procedures. Produce material and labour estimates for minor works and repair quotations. Work closely with schedulers, account coordinators, management teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications , Certifications and Training required NVQ level 2 in given trade Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1) Essential Knowledge,Skills and Experience for this role Good understanding of modern office software.

Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets. 3 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery 2 years experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
