Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials on core and advanced Electrical Engineering subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students in laboratory work, projects, internships, and industry-related activities.
Develop and update course curriculum in line with industry standards and technological trends.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Support academic operations including exam supervision, evaluation, and academic documentation.
Mentor students for competitions, research activities, and career opportunities.
Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and faculty development initiatives.
Maintain a positive learning environment and uphold academic integrity.
Qualifications
Essential:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
M.E./M.Tech in Electrical-related specialization (preferred).
Desirable:
Teaching experience in a college, training institute, or skill-development organization.
Industry experience in electrical systems, power systems, or automation.
