Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Academic Coordinator. The Academic Coordinator will oversee curriculum development, monitor academic programs, and ensure alignment with educational standards. The role involves providing academic advising and support to both students and teachers, conducting and overseeing research to enhance learning methodologies, and fostering effective communication among staff and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include organizing training sessions for teachers and ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence.

Qualifications
Experience in Education and Curriculum Development
Strong skills in Communication and Academic Advising
Ability to conduct and oversee Research to improve academic outcomes
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Familiarity with current educational trends and best practices
