Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) specializing in Mathematics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics concepts, excellent teaching skills, and a dedication to fostering a love for the subject among students.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE curriculum and cater to the learning needs of students at the secondary level.
Conceptual Clarity:
Ensure students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus, through clear explanations and demonstrations.
Interactive Teaching:
Employ various teaching methodologies, such as problem-solving activities, group discussions, and multimedia resources, to make mathematics more accessible and enjoyable for students.
Assessment and Feedback:
Develop effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated, engaged, and respected.
Student Support:
Offer additional support and guidance to students who require assistance, including remedial classes and extra practice sessions.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the overall academic development of the school.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
Previous teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Strong command of mathematical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to students of varying abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with young learners.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
