Key Responsibilities
Provide structured career counselling to students (Grades VI–XII)
Conduct aptitude and interest assessments
Organise career awareness programmes and counselling sessions
Engage with parents for guidance and clarity
Maintain counselling records and reports as per CBSE norms
Eligibility
Master's in Psychology / Counselling / Education
Certification in Career Counselling preferred
Prior school counselling experience is desirable
Strong communication and documentation skills
