Study Abroad Advisor | RDC, Ghaziabad (On-site)
Beyond Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate  Study Abroad Advisor / Overseas Education Counsellor  to join our RDC Ghaziabad team.

Study Abroad Advisor / Overseas Education Counsellor

Location:

RDC, Ghaziabad (On-site)
Type:
Full-time

Experience:

1–4 years (Study Abroad preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may apply)
Salary:
As per experience + performance-based incentives
What you'll do:  Counsel students on Study Abroad options (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
Conduct profile evaluations & recommend suitable universities/courses
Convert walk-ins, calls, and digital leads into paid applications
Support admissions documentation (SOP/LOR guidance, checklists, follow-ups)
Coordinate with central processing & IELTS/PTE partners
Maintain CRM/lead data and ensure timely follow-ups
Participate in seminars, counselling days & center activities

What we're looking for:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Sales-driven yet student-centric mindset
Basic knowledge of Study Abroad processes (or willingness to learn fast)
Comfortable working with targets and CRM tools
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
