About the Role:

We're hiring a skilled AV Systems Engineer/Technician to handle site surveys, installation, training, and maintenance of advanced AV systems for enterprise and government.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed AV system design layouts

· Install, configure and commissioning audio visual systems including conferencing, digital signage, control systems and integrated solutions

· Provide hands-on training to end-users and client IT teams

· Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and emergency support

· Document installations, configurations and handovers professionally

· Collaborate with project managers, sales teams and clients for seamless execution

What We're Looking For:

· 1-5 years hands-on experience in AV systems installation & integration

· Technical expertise in Crestron, AMX, Extron, Biamp or similar platforms

· Proficiency in audio processing, video switching, control systems Configurations

· Familiarity with enterprise AV solutions for corporate, government and education sectors

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication for client interaction and team coordination

· Willingness to travel across India for project deployments

Nice to Have:

Certifications:

CTS, Crestron Certified Programmer, Dante, AVIXA

· Experience with IP-based AV systems and network integration

· Knowledge of government tender projects and compliance standards
