Role Overview We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P. – 201005) .
This role involves managing transportation, logistics operations, and cost optimization , while ensuring timely deliveries and efficient coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end logistics operations across multiple locations
Plan and execute transportation for packaging and CAPEX materials
Monitor and optimize logistics costs and operational efficiency
Identify, onboard, and manage logistics partners and transport vendors
Negotiate freight rates and maintain cost-effective pricing structures
Build and maintain a reliable transporter network across regions
Track shipments and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth execution
Monitor logistics performance metrics (delivery timelines, cost efficiency, service levels)
Address operational challenges and ensure continuity of supply
Maintain required documentation related to dispatch, PODs, and billing
Qualifications & Skills 3–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
Experience in transporter/vendor management and freight coordination
Understanding of logistics cost structures and optimization approaches
Familiarity with transportation networks across India
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking tools
Experience in B2B, manufacturing, packaging, or e-commerce supply chains is an advantage
