As an Executive responsible for Company Vehicles, you will oversee the management, maintenance, and efficient utilization of the organization's fleet
This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and providing support to employees using company-provided vehicles
Responsibilities:
Fleet Management:

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company vehicles, including details on usage, maintenance, and registration
Coordinate the acquisition and disposal of company vehicles as needed
Vehicle Maintenance:

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all company vehicles
Coordinate regular servicing, inspections, and repairs with authorized service providers
Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to vehicle operations
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspections
Driver Support:

Provide support and guidance to employees who use company vehicles
Address inquiries, concerns, and issues related to vehicle use and maintenance
Fuel Management:

Implement systems for monitoring and managing fuel consumption
Ensure proper documentation and controls for fuel expenses
Reporting:

Prepare and analyze reports on vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and performance
Provide regular updates to management on the status of the company fleet
Emergency Response:

Develop and implement emergency response protocols for accidents, breakdowns, and other incidents involving company vehicles
Coordinate with emergency services and insurance providers as needed
Cost Management:

Work to optimize costs related to vehicle operations, maintenance, and repairs
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety and quality
