What you’ll do /h3 pAI is rewriting how organisations operate and compete. Many of our clients know they need to act, but struggle with where to start, what to prioritise and how to scale AI beyond the proof of concept. That’s where you come in. /p pAs a Senior AI Transformation Consultant, you help organisations see their future through the lens of AI and give them the framework to work towards it.

You work across strategy, organisational design and applied AI, moving fluidly between a boardroom workshop and a hands‑on pilot with a product team. You’re comfortable telling a CEO which bets to make and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to define the use case, sketch the architecture and plan the rollout. You’ll operate from our studios in Ghent, Antwerp or Leuven, but this is a client‑facing role.

You should be open to prolonged embedded assignments at enterprise and government clients, leading their AI transformation on‑site as a trusted advisor who’s part of their daily rhythm, not a consultant who flies in for a slide deck. /p pYou’ll work within our AI Transformation team, which covers three areas:
Organisational AI Readiness, AI Discovery and Applied AI. These areas require different focus and expertise, we’re curious to hear where you thrive and excel (and where you don’t). In The Pocket has developed a proprietary and successful approach to AI Transformation, which you’ll champion across industries, such as healthcare, government, utilities, retail and finance. /p h3bHelp organisations get AI-ready: /b /h3 ul li Assess a client’s organisational maturity for AI adoption: governance, tooling, data foundations, capabilities.

/li li Design and set up an AI Centre of Excellence — the team, the mandate, the decision rights, the guardrails and the metrics. The goal is to unify scattered AI efforts under shared standards while giving teams enough room to move fast. /li li Define the AI orchestration layer: how models, agents and automation are governed, made available and kept under financial and compliance control across the organisation.

/li liMap an organisation’s capabilities to create a framework for distributed ownership of AI initiatives, making it clear where AI shifts value creation and who’s accountable /li /ul h3bDiscover where AI creates value: /b /h3 ul li Facilitate workshop series to uncover and prioritise AI use cases for a client, producing a growth map ranked by value and feasibility, with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.

/li li Develop AI differentiation strategies: where can this client build a competitive edge through? What will their competitors do, and what can they do that’s different? /li li Create solution concept sketches, stakeholder maps and data requirement overviews for the top‑priority use cases. /li li Build roadmaps that balance quick wins with longer‑term foundational investments, so clients can show results while laying the groundwork for scale.
