Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Note - Travel Experience Required

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and quick-thinking Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients in critical condition, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

• Triage patients based on severity of condition using standardized protocols
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress; document accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ER environment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency codes and disaster preparedness drills

• Valid RN license in state.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of ER or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to multitask under pressure

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in trauma or high-acuity ER settings

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
