Financial Services Client Service Associate

Strategic Wealth Advisors is hiring a part-time Financial Services Client Service Associate in Gig Harbor, WA (in person). This role centers on creating responsive, well-organized client support, with hands‑on coordination for client communications, CRM tracking, and seminar event hosting and scheduling. Hourly pay is $20.00 to $24.00 with an expected 25 to 30 hours per week

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide prompt responses to requests
• Manage day-to-day client communications
• Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with the advisor team to support revenue growth efforts
• Be available for off-site meetings and serve as host/scheduler for seminar events
• Assist with project management tasks tied to client service initiatives

• Experience in financial services or a related field (minimum 1 year)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Redtail or other CRM tools
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights

• CRM, including Redtail
• Excel
• Microsoft Suite (msft suite)
