Education Travel & Culture (ETC) offers inbound program opportunities for high‑school students worldwide to study in an American high school and live with an American family. We are seeking a part‑time Local Coordinator to support exchange students and host families.

• Work closely with exchange students, host families, and local high schools, including monthly oversight of each student.
• Receive full training, teaching, and ongoing support from the Field Manager.
• Recruit host families via reverse networking, job postings, phone calls, and outbound emails.
• Assist with recruitment of volunteer host families for international high‑school students.
• Provide ongoing support and problem‑solve issues for students and families during the program.

• Learning a new culture while working with high‑school exchange students.
• Adds value to human services or education‑based resumes.
• Family‑friendly, flexible schedule (8‑10 hours/week).
• Annual performance‑based incentive trips (including international destinations such as Europe and Mexico).
• Potential for growth into a management position.

• Ability to problem‑solve and support students and host families during the program.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and well‑networked within the community.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Recruitment skills and ability to screen potential leads (nice‑to‑have).

Compensation is dependent upon recruitment efforts and student oversight. This position provides supplemental income only.
