Snapology of Gig Harbor is growing! We’re excited to bring our hands-on, play-based STEAM programs and we’re looking for enthusiastic play based learning instructors to join our team. From Robotics to Art if you have a STEAM passion join the team and lets share your passion through our programming.

Snapology is one of the nation’s leading children’s enrichment programs. We use LEGO bricks, robotics, and technology to create hands-on STEAM learning experiences that inspire creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration.

You’ll love our mission, our curriculum and most of all, our students!

You’ll lead Snapology programs 2–4 days per week after school
, guiding students through fun and educational activities that build confidence and real-world skills.

• Weekdays, 3–7 pm (primary need)
• Programs serve grades K–6
• Additional opportunities on weekends, holidays, and school breaks (optional)
• Main locations in Gig Harbor, University Place, and Fircrest

• Lead groups of up to 20 students in fun, hands-on STEAM lessons
• Keep kids engaged, excited, and supported
• Prepare by reviewing curriculum and training materials in advance
• Foster a positive, safe classroom culture
• Communicate professionally with parents and partners
• Attend occasional team meetings and trainings - it’s as much yours as it is for us.

• Must share a passion for sparking imagination and creativity in kids ages 4–14
• Must pass a background check and obtain required child clearances
• 2+ years working with children (teaching, coaching, camps, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and dependable availability
• Teaching/education background is a plus—but not required!

• Part-time role: 5–12 hours per week (with room to grow)
• Assistant Instructor
  : $18/hr
• Lead Instructor
  : $25/hr
• Paid training at $18/hr
