Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs, focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment for all students. Our mission is to inspire a love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind.

Educator Pay Rate: $18-20/hr (based on education and experience)

Program hours may vary:

• Morning program 5:45‑9:05 am Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 5:45 am‑10 am Wed
• Afternoon program 3‑6 pm Mon‑Fri

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, share ideas, discuss progress, and encourage collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum that are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Lead by example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, model positive guidance, and manage the classroom effectively.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, follow all safety protocols, and document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Commitment to inspiring a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR in‑person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of high school diploma/GED required.
• Background check with fingerprinting.
