Drone Program Facilitator

The Performance Drone Program Facilitator is a part-time, on-site role based in Gig Harbor, WA. This role is responsible for organizing and facilitating student drone performance activities, including practice sessions, demonstrations, and school or community events. The facilitator will guide students in safe and responsible drone operation, help them understand basic drone technology and performance concepts, and support them in developing teamwork, problem-solving, and creative expression.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing equipment and materials, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating schedules and event logistics, collaborating with school staff and families, and maintaining drones and related technology. The facilitator will also track student participation, provide constructive feedback, and create an inclusive, encouraging environment for learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
