• HCA and/or CNA certification gives priority.
• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• Minimum of one‑year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance or mechanical devices.
