Gig Harbor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Gig Harbor, WA.

Base pay range$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing.
- Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficient in EMR documentation (experience in PCC not required).
- CPR certification.
