Provider must be VERY experienced in wound care, placing wound vacuums, and debridement. Please indicate the years/history with Wound Care experience in the bid. This is a minimum requirement for the job, bids without this detail will be declined. We are able to consider providers with an Active WA License or who qualify for a WA compact license.
