, a 5‑star premier life plan community in Gig Harbor, Washington, employs a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide memory care services on day shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday).

Base Pay Range
: $39.00/hr – $42.00/hr

The Campus offers independent residences, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Residents live long-term, allowing the Nurse to build relationships with residents and families.

The Nurse is responsible for managing day‑to‑day resident health services and supervising clinical needs during the assigned shift. Nursing Assistants and floor managers assist as needed.

• Practices high standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the nursing department.
• Provides resident‑directed services that honor individual lifestyles and preferences, promoting a home‑like environment.
• Consults with attending physicians for treatments, medications, rehabilitation, etc.
• Notifies attending physicians, family members and neighborhood team members of changes in a resident’s condition.
• Completes medication and treatment passes in accordance with state regulation and facility policy.
• Completes medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
• Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring to the neighborhood team and supervises NACs’ daily tasks and routine care of residents.

• Current, unencumbered Washington State LPN license.
