Infinity Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm led by one of the top-producing brokers in Gig Harbor, is looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Marketing Specialist to elevate the visibility of our listings (many of which are luxury & waterfront), attract new clients to the company, and grow our brand presence (which includes our Great Give Back philanthopy program) across digital and print platforms.

Who You Are:

You’re someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life—visually and strategically. You stay ahead of trends, love storytelling through design and social media, are excited by the challenge of connecting amazing properties with their perfect buyers, enhancing our broker's visibility, and assisting to grow the company's client base.

What You’ll Do:

• Create visually compelling marketing materials for listings, both digital and print
• Design and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Google, Linked In and other sources determined to be appropriate for specific listings
• Build and manage listing campaigns that boost visibility and attract qualified buyers
• Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
• Collaborate on creative strategies to elevate the personal brand of the lead broker and the Infinity Real Estate identity
• Collaborate on creative strategies to grow the visibility and outreach of Infinity's Great Give Back program, supporting local charities
• Occasionally assist with photography/video coordination or on-site content capture for new listings
• Monitor digital performance, engagement metrics, and SEO analytics to refine strategies
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing and SEO trends, especially within the luxury real estate space

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Canva (required);
  Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design programs is a plus
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies specific to real estate
• Exceptional graphic design skills with a focus on modern, luxury aesthetics
• Experience creating reels, stories, and short-form video content
• Comfort with copywriting that is compelling, polished, and aligned with brand voice
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for creativity and continuous learning
• Willing to jump right in and contribute with limited instruction
• Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 10-15 hours/week)
• Hybrid work environment – primarily remote with occasional on-site needs
• Competitive hourly compensation DOE
