Flynn Panera is one of the largest Panera franchisee operators in the world. We operate an upscale, friendly café model with baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages.

All teams are supervised by open‑to‑growth managers who work up to 75 staff members to deliver an exceptional guest experience without late nights or fryers. We look for leaders who are passionate about the industry, inspire and coach their teams, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

Base Pay Range

$19.00 per hour – $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model and lead the Team.
  • Ensure team members deliver great customer service and meet guest satisfaction goals.
  • Take ownership for the restaurant’s business performance.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment, following all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Run quality opening, mid‑shift, and closing operations to ensure a consistent positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate the entire operation during scheduled shifts.
  • Greet customers and conduct table visits to enhance satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
  • Assist the bakery‑cafe specialist, ensuring proper training and competence in food service.
  • Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within company guidelines and cultural values.
  • Promote and embody Flynn Panera’s values and beliefs.
Education and Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of hospitality experience.
  • Food management certifications are a plus.
  • Must possess a “Run it Like You Own It” mentality.
  • Strong organization, customer service, and time‑management skills.
  • Proven track record for leadership.
  • Positive attitude, energy, and passion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a diverse group.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Standards
  • Must stand and move well-paced for up to 10 hours.
