Job Description
We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Customer Service Executive for Property & Casualty Insurance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with commercial line clients, growing the book of business and maximizing profitable relationships.
Responsibilities- Identify new insurance opportunities
- Develop relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Respond to inquiries from clients and prospective clients
- Provide accurate quotes and supplemental information
- Monitor and report on key metrics regarding sales targets
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide training when necessary
- Participate in regular continuing education classes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and information
- Review and verify client audits
- Active insurance license
- Previous experience as a personal or commercial lines producer or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of B2B sales experience
- Skilled in negotiation and communication
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
