Compensation &

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, in-person.
• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Pay Range: $20.00–26.00 per hour.
• Annual Bonus:
  Discretionary year-end bonus

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Receiving Associate to join our team! This role is based out of our Gig Harbor warehouse and includes performing a variety of essential warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working independently within a team‑oriented environment.

This position is for Internal Candidates Only and will be based out of Gig Harbor.

A Day in the Life:
As a Receiving Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations efficient and organized. Your day may include:

• Receiving and processing incoming stock, verifying accuracy, and organizing inventory.
• Reviewing Bill of Lading.
• Processing product including unloading and loading trucks.
• Picking and filling orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Packaging and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Disposing of shipping materials and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Staging, organizing, and retrieving stock to keep inventory readily accessible.
• Knowledge of company product

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attention to Detail:
  Accuracy in handling stock and fulfilling orders.
• Communication & Math

  Solid verbal, written, and numerical abilities.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience:
  
  Warehouse and forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Position requires;

• Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Performing repetitive movements throughout the shift including but not limited to, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Work in an environment that requires maintaining a consistent and often fast paced.
