Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (20 hours/week)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a dependable Part-Time Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist to our in-office team—someone who brings accuracy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Prepare and process customer invoices, including progress billings and final billings
  • Track accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Apply customer payments accurately and maintain organized AR records
  • Coordinate with project managers to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
  • Assist with construction-related documentation such as pay applications and lien waivers
  • Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular status updates
  • Support general accounting and administrative tasks related to receivables
  • Other Accounting functions as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience (construction or project-based experience preferred)
  • Understanding of construction billing processes, including progress billing and retainage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounts independently
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Clear, professional communication skills
